Delivery
Deliveries should be with you in 2-5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed post.
If you order more than one item you will only be charged postage once as long as it's to the same address.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING - Delivery is to the UK only at the moment.
Packaging
Your item will come carefully wrapped in tissue and in a branded gift box with a business card and in a cardboard posting box.
Jewellery Care
Please don't expose your jewellery to any household chemicals or cleaning products [except for a silver cleaner], sea water or chlorine as this can cause tarnishing.
We recommend that when you're not wearing your jewellery you store it in a sealed bag or box to prevent/reduce tarnish.
If your jewellery needs a clean or does tarnish we recommend using a silver dip and following the instructions. You can also use a silver polishing cloth.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your item, for any reason please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it and inform me of your reason for returning. I will not accept/credit items that appear to be damaged or previously used. Items should be returned in the same condition they were sold, and I reserve the right to accept or decline the condition.
Please ensure that all items returned are well packaged (how they are sent to you and using the same packaging). Refunds will only be processed once items have been returned/received safely and in one piece. A refund will not be processed if the item is received back damaged due to poor packaging. Unless an item has been received damaged (a full investigation will be carried out) the Customer is responsible for all return postage costs.
Privacy Policy
I will only use your personal information to administer your account to provide the products you have requested from me to fulfil an order, for my legitimate administration and business purposes and to comply with my legal obligations. I do not keep it for any longer than is necessary.
The information I have about you comes from you from the use of my site when placing an order with me. I do not share your information outside of my business and I would never sell your information. The only information I have access to is your name, postal address and email address.
I do not hold or have access to any financial information in connection with your transaction with me. This is all handled through PayPal that I use to take payments (please see their own Privacy Policy).
